Here To Disrupt Things.
A long-term impact potential:
We envision a world where spatial medicine, fascia, neuroscience based modalities, and a biopsychosocial model are the standard of care.
Freer Wellness will evolve into a global leader in education, rehabilitation and research - proving the legitimacy of spatial medicine and the power of treating the body and mind as one.

Amber Wight is a Canadian Registered Massage Therapist, and the founder of Freer Wellness. But before any of that, she was a young woman in crisis—burnt out, misdiagnosed, and trapped in a healthcare system that didn’t know how to help her. After years of chronic stress and working multiple jobs to survive, Amber’s nervous system completely crashed. What followed was a severe breathing and panic disorder that went untreated—and worse, was often dismissed entirely. She experienced medical gaslighting, mistreatment, and a mental health system that was deeply disconnected from the body, from trauma, and from real healing. It lit a fire. Through her own recovery, Amber dove into everything the system overlooked: fascia, trauma, breathwork, myofascial release, Polyvagal Theory, somatics, spatial medicine, and the neurobiology of safety. She realized what no one had told her—that pain, anxiety, and trauma aren’t “just in your head.” They live in the body. They show up in your breath, your posture, your tension patterns, and your nervous system responses. That discovery changed everything. Amber began to see the human body not as isolated systems or separate muscles, but as a complete, intelligent network—one that stores experience, and one that can be re-trained. Her approach was different It wasn’t about chasing symptoms or isolating pain—it was about listening to the body’s language, understanding its survival patterns, and working with it instead of against it. Amber began integrating principles from myofascial release, osteopathy, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care into her work as a massage therapist. The results were undeniable. Clients weren’t just feeling temporary relief—they were experiencing real transformation. And they were hungry for more. So she started teaching. Sharing. Creating. What started as personal survival turned into a mission: to build a platform that bridges science, somatics, and self-education. To help people understand their own nervous systems. To give them tools for long-term change. That mission became Freer Wellness. Freer exists for those who feel stuck—in chronic pain, anxiety, dysregulation, burnout, or the endless loop of “trying everything and still not feeling better.” It’s a place for people who’ve been dismissed, misunderstood, or told that healing is only in the mind. Amber’s story is proof that it’s not. Healing happens when we bring the body into the conversation. When we work from the inside out. When we stop pathologizing normal survival responses and start giving people the education, tools, and support they need to come back to themselves. Because freedom isn’t a mindset. It’s a felt experience. And Freer is here to help people feel that again.
